These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Bin9o (the "Service", "we", "us", "our"), operated by [Legal Entity Name], registered in [Jurisdiction / Country] under company number [Registration Number]. Bin9o is licensed and regulated by [Regulator Name] under licence number [Licence Number]. Bin9o is a real-money game of chance: cards are purchased with real funds and prizes are paid out in real money. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to register for or use the Service, and you must be physically located in a jurisdiction where real-money bingo is lawful and where we are permitted to offer the Service. Restricted jurisdictions are listed in [Schedule of Restricted Territories]. By registering, you confirm that you meet these requirements. We use identity, age and location verification (including IP-based geolocation) and may suspend your account, void bets, and withhold funds until eligibility is confirmed.
As a regulated gambling operator we are legally required to verify who our players are and to guard against money laundering and fraud. We may, at any time, ask you to provide government-issued photo ID, proof of address, a selfie/liveness check, and information about the source of your funds. We may limit account functionality (including deposits, play, and withdrawals) until verification is complete, and we may report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities as required by law.
Bin9o offers real-money bingo. Each scheduled game has a card price, a start time, and a prize pool made up of a portion of ticket sales for that game (see the game screen for the exact split). Numbers are drawn automatically at fixed intervals once a game starts, using [a certified random number generator / provably-fair draw mechanism — describe and, where required by your regulator, have it independently tested]. Prizes for one line, two lines and full house (as applicable to the game type) are calculated and credited automatically to the balance of the winning account(s); if several players complete the same milestone on the same ball, the prize for that milestone is split equally between them. Once a game has started, no further tickets may be purchased for it. All results are final once a game is complete, subject to Section 10 (Errors & voided transactions).
Any free credit, bonus, or promotional offer (including the signup credit) is described at the point it's offered and may carry its own terms — such as minimum play/wagering requirements before associated winnings can be withdrawn, expiry dates, or eligibility limits (e.g. one per person/household). Those specific terms take precedence over this section in the event of any conflict. We may withhold or reclaim bonus funds and any winnings derived from them if we reasonably suspect bonus abuse.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section, void affected transactions or winnings, and withhold or confiscate any related funds to the extent permitted by law.
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Games, features, pricing, and prize splits may change at any time, including during maintenance. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime, delays, or errors in game data, save where required by applicable law or our licence conditions.
If a game, price, prize, or balance is displayed or calculated incorrectly because of a technical error, we may correct your balance and void the affected transaction(s), including paid-out winnings resulting from the error, even after the fact. We'll notify you if this happens to your account.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law or our licence conditions.
We may suspend or close your account if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, provided false information, or used the Service fraudulently, or if required to by our regulator or by law. You may stop using the Service, request account closure, or self-exclude at any time — see our Responsible Play page. Where an account is closed in good standing, any remaining verified balance will be returned to you.
If you're unhappy with any aspect of the Service, contact us first at support@bin9o.com so we can try to resolve it. If we can't resolve your complaint within [Complaint Response Window], you may refer it to [Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider required by your licence], free of charge.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be highlighted where reasonably possible and, where required by our licence, notified to you in advance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction / Country], without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless applicable local consumer law or our licence conditions require otherwise.
