Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Bin9o ("we", "us", "our", operated by [Legal Entity Name]) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to everyone who registers for or uses the Service. Because Bin9o is a real-money gambling service, we collect more than a typical app would in order to verify your identity, age and eligibility, and to meet our anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations as a licensed operator.

1. What we collect

• Account data — email address, username, date of birth, and a securely hashed password (we never store your password in plain text).
• Identity verification (KYC) data — where required before a withdrawal or a large deposit, government-issued ID, proof of address, a selfie/liveness check, and information about the source of funds.
• Payment data — we do not store full card numbers or bank credentials ourselves; deposits and withdrawals are handled by our licensed payment service provider(s) (see Section 3), and we retain only limited transaction metadata (amount, method type, status, timestamps) needed for your ledger and for AML record-keeping.
• Gameplay & ledger data — the games and cards you play, and a full transaction history of deposits, purchases, winnings and withdrawals on your account.
• Technical & location data — connection information (such as IP address, device/browser type, and approximate geolocation) used to serve pages and real-time game updates, to confirm you're in an eligible jurisdiction, and for security, troubleshooting and fraud/abuse prevention.

2. How we use your data

• To create, verify and secure your account, and let you log in;
• To confirm your age, identity and location, and that you're eligible to use the Service under applicable law and our licence conditions;
• To process deposits and withdrawals, operate the bingo games you take part in, and maintain your transaction history;
• To send you service emails — email verification, password reset, and transaction confirmations — and, if you contact us, to respond to you;
• To maintain the leaderboard and detect and prevent fraud, money laundering, or breaches of our Terms;
• To meet our legal and regulatory obligations, including reporting to regulators or law enforcement where required;
• To keep the Service secure and improve its reliability.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. Who we share it with

We share data only where needed to run the Service or as legally required:

• Payment service provider(s)/payment processors, to process deposits and withdrawals — [name providers, e.g. Stripe/Trustly/etc.];
• Identity verification (KYC) and anti-fraud providers, to confirm your age, identity and location — [name providers];

5. Data retention

We keep account, transaction and identity-verification data for as long as your account is active, and for a further period after closure where required for AML record-keeping, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes — typically [Retention Period, e.g. 5 years from account closure, per your licence's AML rules]. 6. Security

Passwords are stored using industry-standard hashing, never in plain text. Payment details are handled by PCI-DSS-compliant payment providers rather than stored on our servers. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Note that some rights (e.g. deletion) may be limited where we're legally required to retain identity or transaction records for AML purposes. 8. Children's privacy

The Service is not directed at, and must not be used by, anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children, and our age/identity verification is designed to detect and remove underage accounts. If you believe a child has created an account, please contact us so we can close it and remove associated funds handling in line with our licence conditions.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do; significant changes will be highlighted where reasonably possible.
