Responsible Play

Bin9o is designed to be fun, fast-paced entertainment — but real money is at stake, so we want you to stay in control of your play from day one.

1. Play for fun, within your means

• Treat Bin9o as entertainment, not as a way to make money or recover losses.
• Only ever play with money you can afford to lose.
• Set yourself a time and money limit before you start, and stick to it (see Section 3 for the account tools that can help).
• Take regular breaks — the lobby will always be there when you get back.

2. Age & identity verification

You must be 18 or older to hold an account, and we verify age and identity as described in our Privacy Policy before you can deposit or withdraw. If you know someone underage is using the Service, please let us know immediately so we can close the account and return any verified funds appropriately.

3. Tools to help you stay in control

From your Profile or by contacting support, you can ask us to set:

• Deposit limits — a cap on how much you can add to your account per day, week, or month.
• Loss limits — a cap on how much you can lose over a chosen period.
• Session time reminders — a pop-up reminder after a set amount of time playing in one sitting.
• Time-out — a short break from your account (e.g. 24 hours to 6 weeks) during which you can't log in.
• Self-exclusion — excluding yourself from Bin9o for a longer period (typically 6 months to 5 years). We won't market to you during this time and reversing it early requires a cooling-off period. [If operating in a market with a national self-exclusion scheme, e.g. GAMSTOP in the UK, state here that Bin9o participates in it and how it works.]

Lowering a limit or activating self-exclusion takes effect immediately; increasing a limit or lifting self-exclusion early is subject to a cooling-off period so it can't be undone in the heat of the moment.

4. Spotting the signs

Gambling can become a problem for anyone. Warning signs include chasing losses, spending more time or money than you intended, hiding your play from people close to you, or feeling anxious, irritable or guilty about it. If any of this feels familiar, it's worth using the tools in Section 3 and reaching out for support below.
